Your Vision

You’re not alone with your idea.

We’ve helped many founders and founded companies ourselves: content platforms, auction houses, stock trading, real estate portals, travel platforms, SaaS and more. So we don’t just work through a list, we bring ideas: from monetization and rating systems to the right MVP scope. We think along as if it were our own project.

MVP development: who it's a good fit for

You have an idea and want to know whether it holds up. These are the typical situations founders and companies bring to us:

  • Founders with a new product idea

You want to launch a platform, a marketplace or an app and need a team that thinks product and technology together.

  • A business that still runs on phone calls and spreadsheets

Brokering, booking or billing turns into a platform where customers, partners and your team work together.

  • An investor meeting is coming up

You want to show, not tell. A clickable prototype or an MVP makes your idea tangible.

  • An idea for subscription software

If your product is going to be a SaaS with accounts, subscriptions and tenants, you'll find everything you need on our SaaS development page.

Platform development, with all the bells and whistles

From the first sketch to launch, with proven components and AI for the routine work. That way the time goes into what makes your idea stand out.

Platforms & Marketplaces

Marketplace development means bringing providers and customers together, often with payments in between. We build accounts and roles, search, booking or bidding, and the back office for your team. For CooleKarren we built a real-time bidding engine with a bid latency of under 100 milliseconds. Our article Real-time on platforms shows when real-time pays off.

Custom Web Applications

No templates, but an application that maps exactly how you work. That's how Wasserplasma Experience got a bilingual, mobile-first platform that takes bookings, collects payments, controls the equipment on site and handles the billing.

Mobile Apps (React Native)

One code, two apps: with React Native, the iOS and Android apps come from a single codebase. In app development for startups, we first work out whether you really need an app in the stores at launch. We built ASMRStars as a web app that feels native on any device.

AI-powered Tools & Automation

AI that actually helps, not just for show: as an assistant, search or analytics inside your product. Our own product byclaw.io is an AI shopping agent that finds products, compares prices and makes recommendations via WhatsApp, in Claude, in ChatGPT and on the web. For workflows inside your company, there's our automation service.

Full-stack Product Development

Frontend, backend, database and payments, all from one team, usually with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis and Stripe. Architecture and data model are designed for growth from the start.

Investor-ready Prototypes

Real demos instead of death by PowerPoint. A clickable prototype looks like your future product, just without the technology behind it yet. You show it to customers or investors and see where they hesitate. An MVP is even more convincing: a real core workflow, real data.

From idea to MVP: how it works

Our aim: a project traditionally planned for six months, delivered in eight weeks. The exact timeframe depends on the scope. Here's what the journey looks like:

  1. Problem & Core Workflow

    Human · Weeks 1–2

We start with the problem, not the feature list. Together we define the core workflow, the roles and what stays out for now. After that, architecture, data model and tech stack are settled.

  2. Clickable Prototype

    Human + AI · Weeks 2–3

You click through your product before it's built. Feedback from customers or investors goes straight into the plan.

  3. MVP Development

    Human + AI · Weeks 3–7

The core workflow is built in full and runs on real data. AI takes care of the routine, while senior developers review and test every result. Every week you see the progress on a staging environment.

  4. Testing with Real Users

    Human

A small group of selected users works with your product in their day-to-day. Then you decide what still comes before launch and what moves to a later stage.

  5. Launch & Next Stages

    Human + AI · from week 8

Your product goes live, and operations are monitored. More features follow in stages, prioritized by what your users need. Our article From idea to finished platform walks through the whole journey.

What does MVP development cost?

The cost follows the effort. A lean MVP keeps the initial investment small, and everything else follows in stages. The effort comes down mainly to these factors:

  • Roles and permissionsCustomers, providers, partners and your back office each see something different and are allowed to do different things.
  • WorkflowsBooking, bidding, cancelling, approving, billing: every step brings its own edge cases.
  • PaymentsA simple purchase is quick to connect. Paying out money to partners automatically takes more work, as our article Paying out partners automatically shows.
  • IntegrationsMaps, email, calendars, accounting, or devices on site that unlock after a booking.
  • Languages and devicesMultiple languages and native apps for iOS and Android add to the scope.
  • DesignA custom design that fits your brand, or a lean start on a proven foundation.

Our AI Project Estimator gives you a first estimate for your project in a few minutes. What development and operations cost, and what AI changes about that, is covered in our guide What does your own platform cost?

Big idea, limited starting budget?

We work with founders every day and know the problem. We love getting good ideas off the ground. By using AI where it counts, we work faster and more cost-effectively. And with flexible payment models, from instalments to smart equity, we’ll find a solution together.

Frequently asked questions about MVP development

How long does it take to develop an MVP?

That depends on the scope. Our aim is to deliver in eight weeks a project that would traditionally take six months.

What's the difference between a prototype and an MVP?

A clickable prototype shows what your product looks like and how it's used, still without the technology behind it. The MVP is the first real version: the core workflow works in full, with real users and real data.

Do I need a finished specification before the project starts?

No. What helps is a clear goal, the core workflow, the user groups and a first list of what has to be there at launch. We work out the details together on the prototype.

Native app or web app: which is right for my startup?

That depends on your users. React Native builds the iOS and Android app from one codebase, and a web app can feel native on any device, as ASMRStars shows.

How will my platform make money?

Subscription, commission, freemium or a combination: we settle this in the first step, so that payments and payouts fit from the start. On ASMRStars, every creator could choose from five ways to monetize.
