The booking platform for Wasserplasma Experience. Guests find partner studios on a map, book and pay online — and on site, the device unlocks for exactly their session. Behind it: invoices in the studio’s name, a monthly settlement with every partner, and payouts via Stripe Connect.
The Challenge
Wasserplasma treatments run on high-tech devices in partner studios — spas and hotels, each with its own prices and its own terms. Without a central system, every studio would handle bookings, payments and device access on its own, and nobody could tell whether a paid session actually ran on the device. At the end of each month, the revenue has to be split fairly with every partner. The brief: one platform that takes the booking, collects the payment, controls the device and settles accounts — without extra work for the studio team.
“Booking is the easy part. The real work starts where software meets hardware and money: a device that only runs when it’s paid for, and a payout every partner can trace to the cent.”
The Solution
We built it as one system with three layers. Public: a bilingual, mobile-first site with studio finder, map and a four-step booking flow. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout, and invoices are issued in the studio’s name — including reverse charge for EU business customers. On site: a hardened mini-PC next to each device talks directly to its Siemens S7 PLC. It releases the device for the booked slot and reports operating data back to the platform. Agent updates are signed, rolled out device by device, and automatically revert to the last working version if anything goes wrong after the update. Back office: locations, operators, tariffs, contracts with e-signature, and a live dashboard that flags paid hours without a device release. The monthly settlement calculates every partner’s share, pays out via Stripe Connect or bills via SEPA, and exports everything for accounting.

The Impact
Wasserplasma Experience runs its entire partner network from one system. Guests book in a few taps, the device only unlocks for paid sessions, and every studio receives a settlement it can trace to the cent — no spreadsheets involved. The full chain, from booking through the PLC to the payout, has been tested end to end on a real device. More than 1,400 automated tests keep the money path reliable.
